Improved animal health

BioComplex's very high Cation Exchange Capacity reduces NH3 and H2S levels by conversion into NH4 and elemental sulphur, respectively.

BioComplex S also reduces the number of pathogens through competitive exclusion (good biology takes precedence). This results in cleaner houses and healthier animals. In treated broiler flocks, farmers have seen greatly reduced levels of leg problems and pododermatitis.

Higher available nitrogen in bedding makes for better manure

The total nitrogen in the litter remains the same, but the available nitrogen is more easily absorbed by the plant. The manure has a higher value for cultivation and as feedstock for bio-digesters.

Working conditions for employees also improve sensitively. 
The best results are achieved by combining spraying BioComplex S with adding BioComplex F to drinking water (1/10,000 litres)

• Shake BioComplex S well and dilute at least 1 in 50.

• Apply with nebuliser or fogger on floor, walls and ceiling until clammy, not dripping wet. 

• Recommended dosage for poultry houses: use approximately 1L of BCx-S per 12,500 hens.  Spray floors before spreading.

• Using BCx can save on other disinfectants.
