After years of testing, Coen and Marlijn van Gorp are achieving very nice results with their own dehydration method for grain and soy. Lower feed costs, problem-free long tails on piglets, the veterinarian measuring 0ppm NH3 in the barn (air washer is simply switched off, by the way), thermal imaging camera showing low ignition level, the piglet/sow manure contains only 0.7 kg phosphate and 2.2 kg nitrogen and is very easy to process ...For now only for liquid feed, but the concept can also be applied to open up grain for cows on the farm, replacing concentrate feed.

Goran Dordic of Ekogea cites fine results from special algae extract BioComplex-F, simply dosed 1/10,000 with drinking water. The product protects and nourishes intestinal biology.Better health, feed conversion, barn climate and manure are the result. Coen van Gorp has been using it for 2 weeks and sees further improvement in his own piglets (higher daily growth).
